Colleen Nicholson was fantastic. We could not have asked for a better representative for us in the home purchasing process. We would not just recommend her to others but, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Homesale Settlement Services, not so much. We were not impressed nor satisfied with that experience. The documents were not clear nor did they make sense. In fairness, we have nothad a settlement in a long time so maybe nobody is good at it these days. Covid 19 is not an acceptable excuse if that's the reason. And then, the documents we were to receive post settlement (not sure if this process is complete), were sent to the wrong address. Suffice it to say, no recommendation forthcoming for Homesale Settlement Services. You decide if to be shared, public or not. But Colleen's review should be broadcast. She earned it.
